It has been a good long John-free time since i have talked at ya. I have been knocking out a bunch of little projects at the lazy J ranch, and my strummin hands have been tied up.
Mainly tho I got cable.
For the first time in my adult life I get to pay to watch commercials. The first movie I watched: The Day After starring Jason Robards. That was pretty sweet.
So my most recent show at the D-note did really well. Met a great drummer by the name of Ryan Elwood, who is looking to be a keeper.
The record is nearly ready!! I started making demo CD's in the hopes of landind a big gig. I even passed a couple off to the Jason Boland crew when I saw them at the Grizzly Rose Friday. I'm sure Ill be getting a call from the label any minute now
