It was about the sweetest car ever, the second-gen pontiac Firebird Trans Am SE. well, you cant keep a good 'bird down, and Year One (a parts dealer) is selling restored thunderchickens painted in theme of the famed Bandit. Note the proper, modern suspension and the 454 cubic inch V-8. There was mention of 650 bhp coming out of the rear wheels. Mercy. I wept.
