OK so it has been over a month since my last post. You try being incarcerated. Just kidding I was really busy with some work around the house, recording and travel. But I have turned the proverbial page and am now back to blogging. Every day. Of note: I saw Jennifer Hanson at the taste of Colorado yesterday. I met her in Nashville one time and she said she would listen to some of my stuff. Like then I was an idiot yesterday and didn't have a demo on hand. Rat. Farts. It's cool though I just missed a chance encounter with 2 top-forty songwriters and producers. I did get a turkey leg tho, and, necessarily, was the target of a drunk old lady in a Korn t-shirt. For some reason crazy drunk old ladies always single me out in the crowd. Their eyes haven't lost the attenuation to the red color of my hair. Anyhow her breath about knocked me over and I couldn't make out what she was saying, so she waved me off with a "you don't want to talk to me anyway." I felt kind of bad. Not a lot.
